What is DSANT’S  return policy?

We offer a 7-day exchange-only policy on all products. No refunds are issued except for damaged or incorrect items. For more information, please read our refund policy.

 

Do you accept refunds?

Refunds are only issued if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

What are the conditions for exchange?

Products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags/packaging intact.

 

Who pays for return shipping?

  • For damaged or incorrect products, CUSTOMER Shall dispatch the product and refund will be initiated after quality check.

How long does an exchange take?

Once we receive the returned product at our facility and verify its condition, we immediately dispatch the replacement.

 

Are sale items eligible for return?

Yes, sale items are exchangeable within 7 days. Refunds apply only if the delivered item is damaged or incorrect.
